Hormone Bliss – Termination, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Hormone Bliss, our commitment is to provide powerful, personalized hormone support and a world-class membership experience. In return, we ask for clarity, consistency, and mutual responsibility. This policy outlines how cancellations, terminations, and refunds are handled for all Hormone Bliss memberships and programs.
Please refer to your signed agreement for more specific details regarding your individual plan and terms.
Membership Types & Billing
Monthly Memberships
- Allow up to 3 business days for cancellations to process.
- Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your Hormone Bliss membership at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Upon submission of your cancellation request, a seventy-five dollar ($75) administrative fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
- You must cancel your membership through our Cancellation Request Form. There is a required 30-day cancellation notice.
- Monthly Payment Option: Billing for monthly program continues for 30 days after notice is given.

- Please allow three (3) business days to process cancellations.
- Termination and Refund Policy
You agree that we may discontinue services to you upon notification to you in writing for any reason. If we select to discontinue services, we will refund any payments already made by you for services, products not yet rendered, or time-in-program unused evaluated at your total program cost/number of months unused.
Annual / Paid-in-Full (PIF) Memberships
- Allow up to 3 business days for cancellations to process.
- Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your Hormone Bliss membership at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Upon submission of your cancellation request, a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) administrative fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
- You must cancel your membership through our Cancellation Request Form. There is a required 30-day cancellation notice.
- If a refund is approved, previously used months will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate of $199 per month rather than the discounted rate of $149 per month.

You agree that we may discontinue services to you upon notification to you in writing for any reason. If we select to discontinue services, we will refund any payments already made by you for services, products not yet rendered, or time-in-program unused evaluated at your total program cost/number of months unused.
Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting Hormone Bliss directly results in a $25 administrative processing fee. This fee reflects third-party processing charges, documentation preparation, and investigation time associated with responding to formal disputes.
If you have any questions or concerns about a charge, please contact our office directly before disputing the transaction with your bank. Bank disputes trigger a formal investigation process that affects both parties and often requires you to cancel your debit card, receive a new one, and potentially disrupt direct deposits or automatic payments while the case is under review.
Because all members sign a binding agreement at enrollment, most disputes are not eligible for reversal and ultimately resolve in accordance with the signed contract. This process can be time-consuming and unnecessary.
We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Contacting us directly allows for faster clarification and avoids avoidable inconvenience for you.
No Refunds for Supplements or Hormone Products
Once shipped, all hormone products, supplements, test kits, and creams are final sale.
Allergies and ingredient sensitivities must be disclosed during onboarding.
Termination by Hormone Bliss
Hormone Bliss may discontinue services at any time with written notice.
If Hormone Bliss terminates your membership:
- You will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your program calculated as:
Total program cost ÷ months unused
No Insurance or Medicare Billing
Hormone Bliss is self-pay only.
We do not bill insurance, HMOs, or Medicare.
FSA/HSA reimbursement eligibility depends on your personal plan.
Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Hormone Bliss coaches and staff:
- Do not practice medicine.
- Do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
- Do not prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medications.
- Provide education and support only.
Medical decisions must always be made with your physician.
For emergencies, call 911.
Release of Liability
By participating, you acknowledge:
- You assume all risks associated with hormone therapy and supplements.
- You have reviewed the FAQ and understand risks and benefits.
- You release Hormone Bliss, its owners, and its team from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
Risks may include allergic reactions, side effects, clotting disorders, cancer risks, and other medical complications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Hormone Bliss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any claim must be filed within 1 year.
- Maximum recovery is:
- Amount paid for services or
- $500, whichever is greater
Claims may be made only against the company—not individuals.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
