What's available online, and what's local
Available online in most states: our hormone education library, non-prescription bioidentical hormone creams, at-home hormone testing kits, and coaching and app support can be ordered and used from home, subject to shipping and service eligibility for your location.
Depends on your state: prescription telemedicine services — including GLP-1 weight-loss medications and peptide therapy — require a licensed clinician who can practice where you live. Eligibility varies by state and by clinician availability, so we confirm it individually rather than making blanket promises.
In person: our physical clinic is located at 213 W Monroe Avenue, Suite P, Lowell, Arkansas 72745. Women outside Arkansas work with us online.
